In 2003, Mark started his own company ATS Utility Solutions.  The company provides practical, value-added utility solutions to meet and improve customer’s profitability.  His personal and professional alliances have significant experience in utility business processes, engineering design and planning, project management, and tariff and pricing efficiencies.  ATS Utility Solutions employs over 55 years of combined experience in the utility fields.  Their experience has helped customer’s design, develop, implement and manage dry utility projects on time and under budget.  These projects have consistently demonstrated a significant return on investment for their consulting services.

Before starting ATS Utility Solutions in 2003, Mark was employed by ComEd, an Illinois electric utility, for over 27 years.  During his tenure, Mark held a variety of positions within the organization, including Supervisor of Sales, Rate and Tariff Administrator, Project Manager, Sales Automation Manager, Director of Support Services, and General Manager of Technical Applications.

Mark holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University
